He didn't promise he would have the car for me in 2 hours and then ended up being days. He set my expectations which I can appreciate and he explained to me at every step of the way. He told me what I needed to do and what I didnt need to do now and could wait on. He made sure the vehicle was safe and put a plan in place for the next items needed. On top of that his rate was fair and explained to me each line item. I would highly recommend this service station."

Was quoted over $1,000 for exhaust system service, brought it to Brinkerhoff to see if their quote was cheaper, and the owner told me all he had to do was weld a particular part and I should be good. In that moment, they earned a customer for life. They are not trying to rip people off and have them fix repairs just to earn a profit like most places I've encountered.
